My Total Body Boot Camp combines Functional Strength Training, Conditioning Exercises, and High Intensity Interval Training exercises for a full-body burn. 1 hour in length focusing on Upper Body, Lower Body, and Core. Also introducing Static Stretching for recovery. All skill levels are encouraged to participate. It will get your heart pumping, make you sweat, and challenge your muscles.
